Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Trade and Industry

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 1 April 2019, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 353/2018) by inserting, immediately after item 2 under the heading “SUBJECTS”, the following item:

“2A.

Design

Design Industry and Manpower Development

Design Policies

Design Promotion

Design Research and Development”.
