(Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment)
Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 1 March 2021.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (2) of item 5 under the heading “Subjects”, the following sub‑paragraph:

“(a)	COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 (Act 14 of 2020) (Part 11 only)”.

Amendment of Eleventh Schedule

3. The Eleventh Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 is amended by deleting the words “and 8C” in item 1(8) under the heading “Subjects” and substituting the words “, 8C and 11”.
