Prisons (Police Lock-ups)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3) of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Prisons (Police Lock-ups) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2014.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3 of the Prisons (Police Lock-ups) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 684/2013) is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” in paragraph (j) and substituting the words “State Courts”.
