Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th December 2006.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Natexis Banques Populaires” in item (121) and substituting the word “Natixis”.
