Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2016
(Commencement) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  The Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2016 comes into operation on 1 February 2017.
