Public Order (Prohibited Areas)
(Amendment) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Public Order Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Order (Prohibited Areas) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2014.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part III of the Schedule to the Public Order (Prohibited Areas) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 490/2009) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the Part heading and substituting the following Part heading:

“STATE COURTS”; and

(b)

by deleting the Plan and substituting the following Plan:
