(Chapter 1)
Interpretation (Singapore Visa — Fees) (Amendment) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Singapore Visa — Fees) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3(1) of the Interpretation (Singapore Visa — Fees) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 652/2007) is amended by deleting “$20” in sub-paragraphs (a) and (c) and substituting in each case “$30”.
