Employment (Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114 and 139 of the Employment Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Employment (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 April 2017.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Employment (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 339/2009) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:
“(b)any offence under regulation 12 of the Employment (Part‑Time Employees) Regulations (Rg 8);”.
