(Commencement) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. Sections 3(1)(c) and (2), 4(1)(a) and (2), 5(a), 6, 7(2), 9(2), 10(2) and (3), 17, 18(2) and 20(6) of the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 29 March 2019.
