Road Traffic
(Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices)
(Amendment) Rules 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132, 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2014 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2014.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” wherever they appear in the following Forms and substituting in each case the words “State Courts”:

Forms D, E, F, H, I, J and K.
