(Chapter 106)
Fees (Land Office) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Land Office) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.
Fees
2.  The fees set out in the Schedule shall be leviable in the Land Office.
Revocation
3.  The Fees (Land Office and Survey Department) Order (O 17) and the Fees (Land Office) Order (O 22) are revoked.

Made this 20th day of March 1998.
