Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act (Commencement) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act 2001, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.

2. The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.
