Land Titles (Strata Titles Boards)
(Amendment) Regulations 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 130(1) of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata Titles Boards) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Deletion and substitution of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Land Titles (Strata Titles Boards) Regulations (Rg 2, 2001 Ed.) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

“SECOND SCHEDULE

Regulations 4(5)(b) and 27

Fees

1. Application under Part VA of the Act

(a) $2,000

(b) $650 for each day or part thereof for hearing

2. Application under Part VI of the Act

(a) $400

(b) $300 for each day or part thereof for hearing

3. For supplying a copy of a document

$1 per page

4. For certification of a copy of a document

$5.”.
