Political Donations
(Political Associations) (Amendment)
Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “political association” in section 2(1) of the Political Donations Act, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.   This Order may be cited as the Political Donations (Political Associations) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 5th April 2012.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 5 of the Schedule to the Political Donations (Political Associations) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) to (d) and substituting the following paragraphs:
“(a) Chiang Sheue Liang;
(b) Masilamani Pillai Kumaran;
(c) Leong Sze Hian;
(d) Siew Kum Hong; and
(e) Xu Yuan Chen.”.
