Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2012, Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards the Monetary Authority of Singapore, hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013.

2. The Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 18th March 2013.
