Fees (Attorney-general's Chambers) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Attorney-General's Chambers) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.
Fee
2.  A fee of $250 for the services of the Attorney-General as guardian ad litem in adoption proceedings in the High Court or in a District Court shall be leviable in the Attorney-General's Chambers.
Revocation
3.  The Fees (Attorney-General's Chambers) Order (O 49) is revoked.

Made this 24th day of March 1998.
