Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Sengkang Community Club Management Committee and Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Mind Games (Mahjong) Challenge 2009 to be held on 26th April 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Sengkang Community Club Management Committee and Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 6th April 2009.
