(Chapter 106)
Fees (Ministry of the Environment) (Amendment) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of the Environment) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Fees (Ministry of the Environment) Order (O 9) is amended by deleting “$6” in sub-paragraph (c) and substituting “$7”.

Made this 20th day of March 2001.
