Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act
(Amendment of Fifth Schedule) (No. 2)
Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 4 April 2016.

Amendment of Part II of Fifth Schedule

2. Part II of the Fifth Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:

“3. Sections 11 and 22 of the Bus Services Industry Act 2015 (Act 30 of 2015).”.
