In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:

Citation and period in force

1.—(1) This Notification is the Immigration (Temporary Immigration Anchorage — SAFYC Horsburgh Challenge 2021) Notification 2021.

(2) This Notification is in force for the period starting at 5 a.m. and ending at 9 a.m. on 13 March 2021.

Definitions

2. In this Notification —

“pleasure craft” has the meaning given by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pleasure Craft) Regulations (Cap. 170A, Rg 6);

“yacht” means a vessel which is used exclusively for pleasure purposes and for the use of which a passenger (if any) is not charged a separate and distinct fare.

Anchorage

3. Changi Sailing Club at 32 Netheravon Road, Singapore 508508, is an immigration anchorage for pleasure craft and yachts which are participating in the “SAFYC Horsburgh Challenge 2021” event and are about to leave Singapore.
