Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) Order (O 30) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$25” in the second column of item (5) and substituting “$35”;

(b)

by deleting “$120” in the second column of item (6) and substituting “$145”; and

(c)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (f) of item (8), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:

““(g) Light Fire Attack Vehicle (LFAV) $17.”. ”.
