(Government Employees — Exemption)
(Amendment) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(4) of the Trade Unions Act 1940, the President makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Trade Unions (Government Employees — Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 1 April 2023.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  In the Trade Unions (Government Employees — Exemption) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 383/2022), in paragraph 3(2)(c), delete sub‑paragraph (ii).
