Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms)
(Amendment) Rules 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms) (Amendment) Rules 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.

Amendment of rule 5

2. Rule 5 of the Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms) Rules (R 7) is amended by deleting “$650” and substituting “$730”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. Paragraph 8 of the Schedule to the Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms) Rules is amended by deleting “$550” in the fifth line and substituting “$670”.
