Notification 2014

Appointment of court houses

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the State Courts Act, the President has appointed the premises specified in the first column of the Schedule as court houses for the State Courts specified in the second column thereof, with effect from 7th March 2014.

Cancellation

2. The following Notifications are cancelled:

(a)	the Subordinate Courts (Consolidation) Notification (N 2);
(b)	Gazette Notification No. S 393/2005 relating to the Appointment of Court Houses;
(c)	the Subordinate Courts (Appointment of Court House) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 530/2011).
