Public Service (Personnel Boards)
(Amendment) Order 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister relating to human resource management in the Civil Service, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2014.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 27 of the Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order (O 3) is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” wherever they appear and substituting in each case the words “State Courts”.
