Insurance (Lloyd’s Asia Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 35B and 35L of the Insurance Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance (Lloyd’s Asia Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Insurance (Lloyd’s Asia Scheme) Regulations (Rg 9) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Workmen’s Compensation” wherever they appear in Form 3 and substituting in each case the words “Work Injury Compensation”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “workmen’s compensation insurance” in the 3rd line of paragraph 6 of the Instructions for completion of Form 3 and Notes and substituting the words “work injury compensation insurance”. [G.N. No. S 814/2004]
