Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment) (Amendment) Notification 2001
Variation of Responsibility of Minister for the Environment
It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st April 2001, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment) Notification 2000 (G.N. No. S 454/2000) —
(a)by deleting the words “Sewerage Department.” and “Drainage Department.” under the sub-heading “Environmental Engineering Division:”;
(b)by inserting, immediately below the words “Emergency Planning Unit.” under the sub-heading “Corporate Services Division:”, the following sub-heading:
Public Utilities Board.”; and
(c)by inserting, immediately below the words “Public Environmental Education.” under the heading “Subjects”, the following words:
Provision of Water.
Water Resources.”.

2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment) (Amendment) Notification 2001.
