Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part A of the First Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “Commissioner of Estate Duties” in the second column of item 2 and substituting the words “Commissioner of Police”.
