(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2021, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  Sections 2(c) and 14 of the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2021 come into operation on 1 April 2023.
