Merchant Shipping
(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 213(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 July 2020.
Amendment of Part VII of First Schedule
2.  Part VII of the First Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations (Rg 17) is amended by deleting the words “Annual renewal” in item 2 and substituting the words “Renewal of registration”.
