Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 15th April 2002.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b)(vi); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (vii) of paragraph (b), the following sub-paragraphs:

“(viii)	Clifford Pier; and
(ix)	West Coast Ferry Terminal, 60 West Coast Ferry Road; ”.
