| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors, Trishaw Riders and Passengers) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2011 and shall come into operation on 29th March 2011. |
| Amendment of rule 2 |
2. Rule 2 of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors, Trishaw Riders and Passengers) Rules (R 8) is amended by deleting the definition of “taxi stop” and substituting the following definition:

| Deletion and substitution of First Schedule |
3. The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors, Trishaw Riders and Passengers) Rules is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
