Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Amendment) Act 2006, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.

2. The Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Amendment) Act 2006 shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.
