Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd January 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Chiang Chie Foo” in the third column of item 1, the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Bilahari Kausikan” in the third column of item 2, the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon”;
(c)by deleting the name “Mdm Lim Soo Hoon” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Mr Niam Chiang Meng”;
(d)by deleting the name “Mr Niam Chiang Meng” in the third column of item 6; and
(e)by inserting, immediately after the name “LG (NS) Lim Chuan Poh” in the third column of item 6, the name “Mrs Tan Ching Yee”.
