Fees (Income Tax) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 9 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Income Tax) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2002.

Fees

2. Subject to paragraph 3, there shall be payable to the Comptroller of Income Tax in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column thereof.

Remission of fees

3. The Comptroller of Income Tax may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part the fees payable under this Order.

Revocation

4. The Fees (Income Tax) Order (O 38) is revoked.

Made this 11th day of April 2002.
