Pharmacists Registration Act
(Chapter 230)
Pharmacists Registration (Prescribed Qualifications for Conditional Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Pharmacists Registration Act, the Singapore Pharmacy Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Prescribed Qualifications for Conditional Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 29th March 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Pharmacists Registration (Prescribed Qualifications for Conditional Registration) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 439/2008) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately below the Foreign Institution “School of Pharmacy, University of Tasmania” and the Qualification “Bachelor of Pharmacy” relating to the Country “Australia”, the following Foreign Institutions and Qualifications:
