(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of Sembawang (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(2)(c) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Sembawang hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Sembawang (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.
Amendment of by-law 2
2.  By-law 2 of the Town Council of Sembawang (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 5) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “3 months” in the 3rd line and substituting the words “one month”; and
(b)by deleting the words “3rd month” in the 4th line and substituting the words “first month”.
