Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 29th March 2010.
Exemption
2.  The Minister hereby exempts Lot 04162L of MK 31 at 9 Upper Changi Road North from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by The General of the Salvation Army to the competent authority on 15th May 2009.
