Dangerous Fireworks
(Annual Exemption)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Annual Exemption) Notification 2015.
(2)  The period for which this Notification is in force starts on 1 April 2015 and ends on 31 March 2016.
Exemptions
2.  Sections 3 and 4 of the Act do not apply to a person specified in Part 1 of the Schedule (called the exempt person) in relation to dangerous fireworks used or to be used in a fireworks display which is, or is to be, executed by the exempt person for or on behalf of any other person, in accordance with the conditions specified in Part 2 of the Schedule.
