Planning Act (Commencement)
Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.

2. The Planning Act 1998 shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.
