Regulation of Imports and Exports (Chewing Gum) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Chewing Gum) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The Regulation of Imports and Exports (Chewing Gum) Regulations (Rg 4) are amended by deleting the word “Board” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “Director-General”:

Regulations 4, 5(b), (d) and (e) and 6(a), (b)(ii), (c), (d) and (e).
