District Cooling Act 2001
(Act 12 of 2001)
District Cooling Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the District Cooling Act 2001, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the District Cooling Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  The District Cooling Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.
