Assignment of Functions to Standards,
Productivity and Innovation Board
(Cancellation) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(3) of the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry (Industry) makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Assignment of Functions to Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board (Cancellation) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 1 April 2018.

Cancellation

2. The Assignment of Functions to Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board (N 2) is cancelled.
