Singapore Act (Commencement)
Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Energy Market Authority of Singapore Act 2001, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Energy Market Authority of Singapore Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.

2. The Energy Market Authority of Singapore Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.
