Infectious Diseases Act
(Chapter 137)
Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 28th April 2009.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Part I of the First Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 612/2008) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 17, the following item:
“17A.  Swine Influenza.”.
