Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 1996, the Minister for Community Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1997.
2.  The Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 1996 shall come into operation on 1st May 1997.
