Fees (Winding Up of Companies) (Amendment) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Winding Up of Companies) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Winding Up of Companies) Order (O 35) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$550” in item (1) and substituting “$600”;

(b)

by deleting “$3,000” in item (2) and substituting “$3,300”;

(c)

by deleting “$20” in item (4) and substituting “$25”;

(d)

by deleting “$6” in item (15) and substituting “$8”;

(e)

by deleting “$5” in item (16) and substituting “$8”; and

(f)

by inserting, immediately after item (17), the following item:

“

(18) On every proof of debt submitted by electronic transmission

$5.
