Road Traffic
(Motor Vehicles, Test)
(Amendment) Rules 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 90 of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Test) (Amendment) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 1 April 2018.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. Paragraph 6 of the Fourth Schedule to the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Test) Rules (R 21) is amended by deleting the words “Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board, established under section 3 of the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board Act (Cap. 303A)” and substituting the words “Enterprise Singapore Board, established by section 3 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018 (Act 10 of 2018)”.
