Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 9) (Amendment) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No.9) (Amendment) Order 2001.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No.9) Order 2000 (G.N. No. S 546/2000) is amended by deleting the words “Sparkasse Stockerau Aktiengesellschaft” and substituting the words “Bank Austria Aktiengesellschaft”, with effect from 15th November 2000.
