(Cessation of Prison)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(c) of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Prisons (Cessation of Prison) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 16th January 2013.
Cessation of prison
2.  The Minister hereby declares that Kaki Bukit Centre, 10 Kaki Bukit Avenue 5, Singapore 417902, shall cease to be a prison for the purposes of the Act.
Amendment of Declaration of Prisons (Consolidation) Notification
3.  Item (4) of the Schedule to the Declaration of Prisons (Consolidation) Notification (N 3) is deleted.
Made this 4th day of January 2013.
